Beck's Harvest House
FAQ
Closed For the Season—Open again Friday May 24th 2024
Yes, well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome on the property, but not inside the store or on the patios. Please always pick up after your pet. Also, our farm dogs, Macy and Pumpkin the Shih Tzus, live on the property. They love kids and people, but sometimes they don’t love all other dogs. Please be mindful of this if your dog wants to try to make friends.
Only during our annual Fall Harvest Festival which runs the last two weekends in September and all weekends in October. Reserving an on-site parking space is $5 per carload. Our lot fills up quickly during the fall, so this helps us ensure our guests have a place to park during their visit and creates a more enjoyable experience. Reserving on-site parking is NOT required during the summer or during the weekdays in the fall.
Your window is only your estimated time of arrival. You can stay as long as you want to enjoy the activities.
You can visit the farm to shop, pick apples, pick up a pumpkin, shop for produce or gifts, and eat lunch and dessert. The Corn Maze, Funland, food trucks, craft vendors, live music, drink deck, and caramel apples are all exclusive to the Harvest Festival and are only available on the weekends from mid-September to the end of October.
We make pumpkin donuts all season long on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting Memorial Day weekend. They are available 10am to 12pm from May to late September. Starting during the Harvest Festival, we will make them 10am to 12pm on Fridays and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Yes. The donuts are one of our main attractions and the line can get long. It’s also part of the overall festival, so therefore it requires the same on-site parking reservation that other festival guests must make. If you want to stop in and just grab a few donuts, we strongly recommend coming on a Friday rather than a festival weekend.
Yes, as long as there is room. We allocate a small number of spaces for people that come to the gate without reservation for on-site parking. At that time there is still a $5 parking fee. These spaces are limited and if we are full, people without an on-site parking reservation will be turned away. It’s always best to reserve your on-site parking ahead of time. In addition, some of our neighbors also offer parking on their properties for anywhere from $10-$15 without a reservation as long as there is room.
No. Each farm on Green Bluff is independently owned and operated. We all offer something a little different.
Yes. Once you reserve your on-site parking, you can add as many Funland tickets as you want. They are also available for purchase onsite in the ticket booth for $12.
Yes. Both kids and adults entering the Friendly Family Farm Funland will need to purchase a wristband. (Ages 2 and under are free). The wristbands include unlimited access for each person for the entire day. It includes the giant 5-acre corn maze, straw maze, wagon ride, hamster wheel, corn cannons, jump pillow, bounce slide, bounce house, tire mountain, cow train, and more. Seniors 65+ can get a discounted ticket for $6.
We are unable to change reservations once they have been made. Please pay close attention to the day you are choosing when you make your reservation as they are non-refundable and non-changeable. The wristbands, however, can be used anytime and are not specific to a day. You need to make a new reservation on the correct day as long as there is one available.
We are unable to change reservations for on-site parking once they have been made. Please choose your reservation day carefully! If you need to come on a different day, you will need to make a new on-site parking reservation as long as one is available. Wristbands can be used whenever and are not specific to a day.
We are open rain or shine and operating at full or nearly full capacity regardless of rain. Please consider the fall weather when you decide to make your on-site parking reservation as they are non-refundable and non-changeable. In the case of severe weather or other events that cause the farm to have to shut down, tickets will automatically be refunded to all patrons via TicketLeap.
Yes. Your arrival window is just an estimation. As long as you are coming on the same day as your reservation then you can visit at any time, and we’ll have a space saved for you.
Yes. Please call our store (509-238-6970) and talk to one of our associates about scheduling your group to come out for lunch in the summer. For special event inquiries, please Contact Todd or Kim Beck at (509-238-6970). We do very few special events and usually only early in the season, but depending on the time, day, and number of people, we can do our best to accommodate.
No. We respectfully ask our customers not to bring outside food and drinks to the farm, as we offer our own restaurant and patio bar during the summer, and food trucks during the Harvest Festival. Outside alcohol is not allowed at any time.
